The tour departs at 8am from the client’s accommodation. Upon arrival, after a short journey of about 2hours. Visit to the Upper Basilica, with its frescos painted by Giotto, and a tour of the town of Assisi. Then we take you to the Basilica of St Mary of the Angels, to visit the “Porziuncola”. We have lunch in an agriturism restaurant with local dishes and produce. In the afternoon, we proceed to the villages of Spello and Spoleto, both splendid examples of umbrian medieval villages, followed by a visit to a local winery or oil mill for a wine or olive oil tasting. Then we return you to your accommodation in Rome.
